Forbes

“In the aftermath of the pandemic, my co-founder Haviva and I were struck by the unmet need for mental health treatment,” said Dr. Cheryl Malina. “I began working at a ketamine clinic part-time and noticed the remarkable relief that patients experienced after treatment.” The article explores how prioritizing mental wellness within organizations drives stronger business outcomes.
Our mission

Meet the founders

Founded by sisters and emergency medicine physicians Dr. Haviva Malina and Dr. Cheryl Malina, Keta Medical Center offers evidence-based ketamine therapy to those who haven’t found relief with traditional treatments.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, the founders saw many patients struggle through psychiatric crises. Ketamine therapy was delivering rapid, lasting results where other therapies failed. They decided to establish Keta Medical Center to provide safe, medically rigorous access to this innovative treatment.

For mental health practitioners

At Keta Medical Center, we work with each patient’s existing mental health practitioner as a true partner in care. We recognize that you know your patients best, and we consult with you on their mental health history and progress before and during therapy.
